William “Bill” Morris – Healthcare CPA in Atlanta, GA
Rozar Morris, LLC was founded in 1978 by the late Mr. Robert “Bob” Rozar. Bob combined his skills in both accounting and financial consulting with his in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry to provide a unique and specialized service to his clients.
Mr. William “Bill” Morris joined Mr. Rozar as a partner in January 2011. He is a Certified Public Accountant with 32 years of experience in financial and tax matters. In his career, he has worked as both a CPA and a Chief Financial Officer for several small to medium size companies.
An Atlanta native, Bill received both his Bachelor of Business Administration (accounting) and Master of Taxation from Georgia State University. Now, as the owner of Rozar Morris, Bill’s mission is to provide a highly proactive, personalized, and consistent level of service to all of his clients. He and his team are dedicated to fulfilling that mission every day.

Juliette Wynne
Juliette Wynne joined the Rozar Morris staff in January 2019 bringing over 10 years of business experience to bear. In the past, she has worked for CPA firms with a background in bookkeeping and payroll processing for various small businesses. At Rozar Morris, she is focusing on practice bookkeeping and corporate taxation. She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, decorating, and spending time with her children
Dee Rowland
Dee Rowland has a variety of business accounting and general office management experience, including software implementation, payroll processing, and reporting, and cash management. She worked for ten years as the top accounting person reporting directly to the business owner. She also worked with Bill Morris for several years before joining him at Rozar Morris. Dee is committed to providing her clients with personal service and sound financial information.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing the organ at church, gardening, and reading.
Valerie Goff
Valerie Goff joined Rozar Morris, LLC, in October 2012 with 12 years of public accounting experience and five years of bookkeeping for small businesses. Valerie desires to provide our clients with quality service from a company, as well as a personal perspective. Valerie currently specializes in financial reporting for small businesses. She also prepares income tax returns for individuals. She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs.
Valerie is actively involved in Hebron Church. She spends most of her spare time reading or with her family.
